JustBit Casino Review: Is JustBit Safe and Legal in 2026?

JustBit is an online casino and sportsbook reached through justbit.io, which forwards visitors to mirrors such as justbit4.io. Its footer names a company incorporated in Costa Rica, with the Estonian company Retrust OU as payment agent. No gambling regulator is named anywhere on the site.

Only two sources count here: a regulator’s own register, or a document published by the operator, each with the date we checked it. We do not repeat licence claims made by other affiliate sites.

Who runs JustBit

The footer of justbit.io and its mirror justbit4.io reads: “justbit.io and related rights belong to Global Growth LLC. incorporated in Costa Rica, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), by the digital reg. number 157923 … Retrust OU acts as EU-EEA Representative of licensed entity Global Growth LLC.” Checked 5 August 2026, re-checked 6 August.

Three things in that one sentence do not line up. The address is in Willemstad, Curaçao, and the country named is Costa Rica. The registration number is shared with “Casbit Group N.V. incorporated in Curaçao” on the satellite betory-nl.nl. And two mirrors name a different company again, while the two registries that cover the brand each name a third and a fourth. Four names for one brand means the site does not tell you who is holding your money — the details are in the key facts above.

What the operator publishes about a licence

Nothing. A licence means a permission issued by a named gambling regulator, carried with a number you can look up in that regulator’s public register. On 6 August 2026 no regulator name and no licence number appeared on any JustBit page that loaded for us.

The word itself appears, without a licence attached to it: Retrust OU is EU-EEA representative “of licensed entity Global Growth LLC”. Replying to a one-star Trustpilot review on 21 November 2025, JustBit wrote that “Justbit.io is a fully licensed and regulated casino”. casino.guru states the opposite: “Justbit Casino has not obtained a gambling license from any regulator.” The page holding Google’s answer box for justbit is dit legaal claims the reverse again without citing a register, and the satellite justbitonline.org names a “Curaçao eGaming Licence No. 8048/JAZ” that appears nowhere on the operator’s own site.

With no named regulator, nobody sets the rules for how games, bonuses and payouts have to work, and nobody takes your complaint if a dispute goes badly. We are not calling this an unlicensed operation: a permission we cannot see is not the same as one that does not exist, and the legal review of all six markets is open.

“No” in the table above means the operator’s pages name no regulator for that market. We have not yet run a name search in each of the six registers; the result, positive or negative, replaces the table with a dated line.

The domains that are not JustBit

Several sites carry JustBit branding without being the operator: justbit.one, justbitcasino.eu and justbitonline.org, the last of which publishes a licence number the operator does not. Separately, www.justbit.it belongs to JustBit Srl, an Italian software agency with no connection to this casino — worth knowing before you type the name into a search box, because it also owns the app store listings discussed further down.

Nothing in the table above was published by the operator, and that is the finding. justbit.io/policy/terms-of-use/ loads with the right title and a full policy menu — terms, privacy, AML and KYC, payment, bonus, cookies — and returns a platform error in place of every one of them. Its readable text is 1,496 characters, most of it the footer printed twice.

One fragment reached us through someone who could read it. In a casino.guru complaint about withdrawal fees, a specialist quoted clause 41 of JustBit’s terms, which is the row above. That player was charged 1,258.8 USDT on a 20,058 USDT withdrawal, about 6%, after live chat had twice told him crypto carried no fee. The complaint was rejected on the strength of the clause.

How long a withdrawal really takes

We have not run our own payout test, and the public record does not point one way. Some players are paid on schedule: on 27 February 2026 a Dutch reviewer edited a three-star review to “zojuist uitbetaald gekregen! 48 uur zoals beloofd” (just been paid, 48 hours as promised). Others are not. A $60 withdrawal was still unpaid after three days on 13 May 2026. On 20 June 2026 a withdrawal was held for a “scheduled audit” and the account was blocked the next morning with $260 in it. On 7 January 2026: “Justbit confiscated 5,5k usd and refuse to provide sufficient reasoning. They use vague terms in their terms of conditions to justify the confiscation.”

Verification is where payouts stall, and we cannot tell you what it asks of you: the AML and KYC policy returns the same error as everything else. One AskGamblers case is titled “Long verification delay of 7 days”, from a player with three pending withdrawals of €5,000 each.

The rating, and what the rating hides

The score above is the most quoted figure about this brand and the most misleading one. Look at the recent sample instead: it is almost entirely one-star and five-star reviews, with a single review in between. That is a split profile, not a middling one, and the average describes neither group. Read the recent one-star and five-star reviews separately, and you will learn more in two minutes than the number tells you.

Does the operator answer? Yes — on every one of the twenty, usually within a day, including the reviews accusing it of theft. That is a criterion in its own right rather than a courtesy, and JustBit clears it. KokoBet, on the same platform in the same snapshot, replied to none of its twenty.

What the complaints are actually about

Accounts blocked around a withdrawal, with a rule cited but not identified. 21 June 2026: “You silently blocked my account and said I violated something. But I didn’t violate anything, and this is my only account … you didn’t even return my deposit.” A reviewer on 25 June 2026 describes the same sequence after betting on a single sport.

Cases that stay open. 28 March 2026, from a Dutch player: “For more than 3 years I have been trying to resolve this issue … I have sent well over 200 emails.” The operator’s reply of 5 April 2026 confirms the case “remains under review”.

Group allegations, denied on the record. On 17 April 2026 a reviewer tied JustBit to LuckyGem, Betspino, WinHero and Zumobet through “Sapphire Summit / registration number 3-102-903325 SRL”, and said the KSA had previously acted against Betspino. JustBit replied the same day that it operates “as an independent brand”.

Complaint registries

Two independent registers carry JustBit. In our 5 August 2026 snapshot, casino.guru held 70 complaints — 0 open, 4 unresolved, 22 resolved and 44 rejected — against a Safety Index of 4.9 out of 10, which it labels Low. AskGamblers runs a dedicated JustBit complaints page, with 18 cases visible in the same snapshot.

Rejected is not the same as unfounded, and a large count partly reflects a large player base, so we show the split rather than a headline number. Two qualitative findings matter more than the totals. casino.guru records “a high amount of restrained payouts in complaints from players, when we take its size into account”, and it flags three clauses in JustBit’s terms as unfair, among them that “low-risk play may lead to winnings being confiscated”. AskGamblers case titles carry the amounts: “Jusbit confiscated my funds 3700 euro”, “Casino without license in Netherlands allowed to deposit player 4209 EUR”.

We found no warning about JustBit from any of the six regulators we track, and none from an industry body. Its dispute history sits in private arbitration registers instead, and three casino.guru cases are closed and documented.

Withdrawals of €150, €175 and €100 went unprocessed for twenty days and the account was then blocked for a second registration from the same IP: rejected, multiple accounts. The withdrawal-fee case above: rejected once clause 41 was quoted. A player who asked repeatedly to have his account blocked, was not blocked and lost his balance: closed, casino not responsible.

Two of the three went against the player on terms he could not read.

Alongside the welcome package below, JustBit advertises a sports freebet of 50% up to €50 with 25 free spins, daily cashback, rakeback up to 15% and level-up rewards up to €95,000. No bonus code appears anywhere on the site, and no no-deposit offer is advertised.

What none of them carries is terms. The split of the package across its three deposits is not published; neither is the wagering requirement, its base, the expiry, the maximum bet or the game weightings. The bonus policy is one of the documents that errors out. And the cashback is advertised at up to 20% in the banner while a string in the registration form says 15%.

JustBit runs casino, live tables and sportsbook from one account. Its homepage names four providers — Evolution for live dealer, plus Play’n GO, BGaming and NetEnt — and describes slots, lotteries, blackjack and roulette, with football, basketball, golf, tennis and esports on the sportsbook.

casino.guru counts 99 providers and adds a check the operator does not publish: “A selection of games from multiple game providers have been checked and NO fake games have been found.” Fake games are copies of known slots running on altered mathematics, so a negative finding there is worth more than a provider list.

No game count, testing laboratory, certification mark or RTP disclosure appears on any page we could open, so we are not repeating one.

There is a mobile site. Whether there is a JustBit casino app is a different question, and the search results are a trap.

In our August 2026 mobile snapshot for justbit app in the Netherlands, two store listings ranked in the top three and neither belongs to this casino. Google Play returns “Android Apps by JustBit Srl”, a “factory of ideas and solutions”; the App Store returns “JustBit for iPhone”, listing Abruzzo Da Vivere, Cerved Events and Aqualand del Vasto. Both belong to the Italian agency behind www.justbit.it, which ranks fourth in the same results. The rest of the page is brand satellites offering downloads.

No app store listing for the JustBit casino appeared in the top ten. An installation file offered by a page that is neither the operator nor a store comes from an unverified source, and it is handed to you by a site that earns money if you install it. The mobile browser is the route that does not require trusting a third-party file.

We have not run our own support test. One address is confirmed on the operator’s homepage, support@justbit.io; casino.guru records live chat available 24/7 across eight site languages and rates the support it tested as good.

Player reports say reachable, but not always accurate. The withdrawal-fee case turns on chat telling a player twice that there were no crypto withdrawal fees when the terms said otherwise — an answer that cost him about 6% of the payout. Against that, a five-star review of 20 November 2025 describes a named agent clearing a stalled payout in a single conversation.

Our test will record the date, the channel, the time to a human reply, three specific questions, the answers, and whether the answers match the written terms. On this brand that last check is the one that has already found something.

Age. The registration form asks you to confirm “I’m at least 18 years old and accept with Terms of use and Privacy policy”. Whether that is ever checked against a document we could not establish, because the KYC policy does not load. In Greece the legal threshold is 21, not 18.

One account per household, enforced by IP. The clearest documented reason for a JustBit account being closed is a second registration from the same address. In the casino.guru case above, a player who opened an account for a visiting friend on his own connection lost access to his own balance.

We check the same tools on every casino. “Not found” means we could not locate the tool on any page or in any document available to us on 6 August 2026. It does not mean the tool is definitely absent; each row is updated once we can test from a registered account.

casino.guru lists “Limited responsible gaming options” among this casino’s drawbacks. The gap between a self-exclusion clause and a self-exclusion that happens when you ask for it is documented twice here: the casino.guru complaint from a player who asked repeatedly to have his account blocked and was not, and an AskGamblers case titled “Failed to Self Exclude me”.

JustBit is the most functional site in this portfolio and the one with the longest dispute record. Both come from the same evidence.

The decisive fact is that you cannot read a single rule you are agreeing to: terms, payment, bonus and KYC policies all return an error. The one clause we could quote reached us through a complaint file, and by the time it was quoted it had already cost one player 1,258 USDT. No regulator is named, while the footer calls the company a licensed entity. Seventy logged complaints against a Safety Index of 4.9 is not noise at this size, and four of them are still unresolved.

The counterweight is real and worth stating: this operator answers in public, on every recent review, including the ones that accuse it of theft. That is more than most of this niche manages. It is not a substitute for a readable rulebook.
