BinoBet Casino Review: Is BinoBet Safe and Legal in 2026?

BinoBet is an online casino and sportsbook entered at bino.bet, which forwards each visitor to a regional mirror. The mirrors’ footers name a company incorporated in Costa Rica, and no gambling regulator.

Everything below is limited by one fact, and we would rather state it at the top than let it show through as vagueness: BinoBet refuses connections from both locations available to us. We have read no BinoBet legal document at all.

Only two sources count here: a regulator’s own register, or a document published by the operator, each with the date we checked it. On this brand that rule removes most of what is written online.

Who runs BinoBet

Three answers exist and they do not agree. The mirrors’ own footers name MIKIVIK LIMITED, incorporated in Costa Rica — the only one of the three that comes from BinoBet itself, and the one recorded in the key facts above. The satellite binobetslots.nl carries a footer copying the operator’s wording and names Casbit Group N.V., Curaçao, registration 152125; a satellite is not the operator, so that is recorded and not adopted. casino.guru’s review names a third company, Innovex Tech Holdings Limited, and records an Anjouan gaming licence alongside it.

Three names for one brand is the finding. You cannot establish, from the brand’s own pages, which company holds your money.

What the operator publishes about a licence

Nothing you can check. A licence means a permission issued by a named regulator, carried with a number you can look up in that regulator’s public register, and on 6 August 2026 we found neither on any BinoBet page available to us.

The operator disputes that. Replying to a one-star review on 23 February 2026 it wrote: “we operate under a valid gaming license and follow all applicable regulatory requirements.” On 20 March 2026, to a Spanish reviewer who said the licence was nowhere to be found, it said it operates “bajo la licencia correspondiente”. Neither reply names the regulator or the number, and neither does the site. We are not calling this an unlicensed operation: a permission we cannot see is not the same as one that does not exist.

“No” in the table above means the operator names no regulator for that market on any page we could open. Name searches in the six registers are not yet run; the result replaces the column with a dated line.

Access: the country block, and what it tells you

BinoBet does not let everyone in, and says so plainly. Opening bino.bet from a Polish connection on 6 August 2026 redirected to binobet.biz and this page:

“WE’RE SORRY, BUT BINOBET CANNOT BE ACCESSED IN POLAND. Is your region not restricted? If you’re accessing bino.bet with a proxy service or VPN, try turning it off and refreshing the page. Need personalized support? support@bino.bet”

A second, unrelated infrastructure got HTTP 423 Locked on every attempt, including the site root. From both vantage points available to us, BinoBet was closed.

An operator that filters by country and publishes no list leaves you to find out where you stand by trying. And its own suggestion to switch off a VPN cuts both ways: VPN use is among the grounds cited to a player whose account was closed and balance withheld. Reaching a blocked casino through a proxy is not a workaround here, it is a documented way to lose a balance.

Nothing in the table above comes from a BinoBet document, because we could not open one. It is what the operator said in public, what players reported with dates, and what third parties recorded — each row carrying which of the three it is, because on this brand the provenance is more useful than the number.

What the record shows

We cannot test payout speed until we have access from a permitted market. What exists is dated and public. A Dutch player wrote on 2 March 2026, one star: “I finally went through the 40 times wagering and made my balance 400 Euro… i keep getting the message that my funds have not arrived at the casino yet. This is 12 days now.” The requirement was met and the money still did not come. That review is also the only place a wagering figure for this brand appears with a date — in a player’s words, not the operator’s.

At casino.guru, BinoBet has 11 complaints on record: 0 open, 0 unresolved, 2 resolved, 9 rejected. One, “Player’s withdrawal has been delayed”, concerns €3,996 pending from 9 April through the provider Nodapay, closed as resolved the day the money arrived.

The rating, and what it hides

An average like that, with a recent run like the one above, is held up by older ratings rather than by current experience. Read the recent reviews, not the score.

Does the operator answer? Yes, and here BinoBet differs sharply from others in the same portfolio: every recent review has a reply, written in the reviewer’s language, at a median of 4.6 days. Replying is one of our five criteria and BinoBet meets it. What the replies mostly do is restate policy rather than resolve the case, which is a different thing and worth separating.

What the complaints are about

Marketing email to people who never registered. The most frequent theme, and a search cluster in its own right: binobet casino spam and binobet spam draw about 90 searches a month in the Netherlands between them. 20 July 2026, one star: “Ik word gek van de spam iedere dag! … Ik heb me nooit ingeschreven” (I am going mad from the spam every day. I never signed up.) Repeated on 25 and 16 February.

Accounts blocked and balances withheld after a win. 18 June 2026, France: a player disputing the closure of her account and the confiscation of her winnings after an automated email cited “clauses 2.2.6 (cession de compte) et 9.3 (activité frauduleuse / utilisation de VPN)”. Those clause numbers are our only evidence that a numbered BinoBet terms document exists at all.

Break requests going nowhere. 16 July 2026, France: “Impossible de faire une pause il faut des contacts par mail ou whatsap pour un responsable qui répond pas” (Impossible to take a break: you have to reach a manager by email or WhatsApp, and he does not answer.) A player asking to stop and not being able to is a responsible gambling failure before it is a service failure.

Only the profile on the operator’s own domain counts, and the rule is not pedantry: on this brand the impostor profiles are the ones a search puts in front of you first. Three reviews posted over two days by three single-review accounts on three continents is not a rating, whatever number it averages to.

No regulator warning and no KVA warning about BinoBet appears in our corpus. As always, that is narrower than it looks: it means none has been published where we can see it, not that the operator has been examined and cleared.

One third-party claim about our largest market is worth recording because we could neither confirm nor refute it. sportgokken.eu carries a banner reading “BINO.BET IS MOMENTEEL NIET TOEGANKELIJK VOOR NEDERLANDSE SPELERS” — currently not accessible to Dutch players. Given that the operator does block by country and publishes no list, it is plausible and unverified in equal measure.

Alongside the casino package below, BinoBet advertises a sport welcome bonus of up to €500 and a cashback with no percentage attached. Those figures come from the operator’s own page text as indexed in search, not from a terms document, because there is no readable BinoBet terms document.

So the size of the offer is known and its cost is not. Wagering — the amount you must stake before bonus money becomes withdrawable — is unconfirmed, as are the minimum deposit, the maximum bet during a bonus, game weightings, the expiry window and any cap on bonus winnings.

The operator’s own page text puts the lobby at over 6,500 slots, alongside live dealer tables and a sportsbook. That is the largest count of the five brands we cover, and the one product claim BinoBet makes from its own pages rather than through someone else’s review.

No software provider is named on any BinoBet page we could open, so we list no studios. Several third-party reviews do; none cites the operator. Independent lab testing is likewise unconfirmed. casino.guru’s review records that “a selection of games from multiple game providers have been checked and NO fake games have been found” — their check, not ours, and not a certification.

Whether BinoBet distributes a native app, and from where, is not stated on any page we could open, and no Google Play or App Store listing appeared in our mobile snapshots for the app queries in this cluster. Third-party download pages did.

An APK from a site that is neither the operator nor a store is an installation file from an unverified source, offered by a page that gets paid if you install it. The mobile browser version avoids that trade entirely — and on a brand that blocks by IP, an app downloaded from a stranger is the worst available way to find out whether the site serves your country.

We have not run our own support test and cannot from a blocked location. This section is desk-verified.

One channel is confirmed by the operator: the address on its own country-block page. A live chat widget exists, because players describe using it and one describes it failing to open; the operator’s reply blamed ad-blockers, cache and connection drops. Hours, telephone support and response times are unpublished.

The measurable part is the public correspondence, and it is the strongest thing on this page: replies to every recent review, in Dutch, French, Spanish, English and Polish, as the reviewer wrote. Against that: a chat button that does not open, a VIP manager who does not answer a request to take a break, and repeated reports that the reply changed nothing. Answering and resolving are not the same thing, and this brand is good at the first.

Identity checks come before your money comes back. A player writing on 17 July 2026 describes completing KYC, still being unable to withdraw, then being refused because the name did not match the bank account. The operator confirmed the rule in its reply, and it is in the withdrawal table above. Register in your legal name, in the form your bank uses.

VPNs and proxies. The operator’s block page asks visitors to switch a VPN off; a June 2026 account closure cited a clause on “utilisation de VPN”. Both point the same way, and the second one has a price attached.

Age verification. Not confirmed, because we could not reach a registration form at all.

“Not found” means we could not locate the tool on any page or document available to us on 6 August 2026 — and since no BinoBet page was available to us, every row below is a gap in access as much as a finding. That distinction matters more here than on any other brand in this shortlist.

casino.guru lists “No responsible gambling tools” among this brand’s negatives. That is their assessment rather than ours, and it matches what we could not find, which is the most either of us can honestly say.

BinoBet has the biggest lobby of the brands we cover and the best public complaint-handling record among them: over 6,500 games, and replies to every recent review within days, in the reviewer’s own language.

Everything else is unavailable. Three companies are named as its operator, no regulator or licence number by any of them, and no terms, bonus conditions, withdrawal limits or KYC rules readable from a BinoBet document — not for want of looking, but because the site refuses connections from the places we can look from. The public record shows a recent run of one-star reviews, eleven complaints at casino.guru, and a recurring account of balances withheld after a win.

You would be depositing on terms you cannot read, with a company you cannot identify, at a site that declines to serve some countries without saying which. The one condition we can state with certainty came from a reply to a reviewer rather than from a contract: register in the exact name on your bank account, or your withdrawal will be refused.
