What we do and what we do not do

We publish reviews of online casinos, the terms attached to their bonuses, what their own documents say about withdrawal times and limits, what public review profiles and complaint databases show, and any warning a regulator or an industry body has published about them.

We do not take bets, pay out winnings, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in a dispute between a player and an operator. We cannot recover your money, unlock your account or overrule an operator's decision. Where a dispute route exists in your country, we can point you at it, and our country pages do.

How we rate casinos

Two scales, never merged into one number. A safety tier from A to D is a status read off public registers and published warnings. An experience score from 0 to 10 is about the product only, weighted across six categories that total 100%, with the weights and the scale anchors published so a reader can recompute a score rather than trusting one.

The tier does not enter the score. What it does is cap the language: only tier A may be called safe, trusted or recommended. Next to every score is a confidence figure — the share of the weight backed by data we checked ourselves rather than data an operator asserted.

Who writes this

We are not going to invent a team. The editorial profiles behind these pages are placeholders, no material here carries a real byline yet, and everything on the site is marked draft and kept out of search results until that changes. A byline you cannot check promises accountability it does not deliver, and that is precisely the kind of overstatement we deduct points for when an operator does it.

When the team is named, this block will say who runs the register checks, who runs the live-chat test, who reads the terms and who signs off a verdict, with a profile for each of them at our team. A review is checked by a second person before it is published, and the person who signs a verdict is named on it.

How the site is funded

By commission. When a reader opens an account through one of our links, the operator pays us — a one-off fee, a share of what the operator earns, or a mix of the two. That decides which casinos are on the site at all and influences the order they appear in. It does not decide the tier, the score, or whether a warning is published.

We publish negative findings about casinos that pay us. If that sounds like a conflict of interest, it is one; the disclosure page explains how we handle it, and the contact page tells you how to report it when we get it wrong.

What we cannot promise

• We do not cover the whole market. We cover the operators we work with, and we cover them in full, including the parts they would rather we left out. A brand's absence from this site says nothing about that brand.
• None of the casinos listed here holds a licence from the Netherlands KSA, the France ANJ, the Germany GGL, the Spain DGOJ, the Italy ADM, the Greece HGC. If a licence in your own country is your first requirement, start with your regulator's register rather than with us — here is where every one of those registers is .
• A score is not a promise that you will be paid. It measures what we can verify: licence status, bonus terms in the operator's own documents, published payout behaviour, complaint history and public reviews.
• We have not opened accounts yet. No deposit, no withdrawal, no payout timing of our own. Payout speed is therefore recorded as advertised, and every review says so.
• The site is in English on six non-English markets. Local-language sources will often be more current than we are, and where a regulator publishes in its own language we link the original rather than a translation.

Corrections

When we find an error, we fix it and re-date the page. When a change moves a tier, a score or a nomination, it is entered in the change log with the old value, the new value and the reason, and the entry is not rewritten afterwards.

You can send us a correction too. Quote the sentence and link the source that contradicts it — that rule applies to readers and operators equally, and disagreement with a conclusion is not a source. Report a mistake →

Responsible gambling

The legal gambling age is 18 in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain and Italy, and 21 in Greece. We apply the higher threshold across the site. Gambling costs money and carries a risk of harm: set a limit before you start, never borrow to gamble, and never play to win back a loss.
